Job Scope and Accountabilities:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with Regulatory Change & Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) experience to translate a deep understanding of buyers’ needs into useful messaging, programs, and tools leveraged in revenue-generating activity across our GRC software platform. With a focus on translating strategy to product execution, and exceptional sales enablement, and go-to-market skills, this global role contributes to the overall strategy and execution across Americas, EMEA and APAC.

The Senior Product Manager should be able to articulate strategies, build business cases and communicate the features, benefits, and product value of SAI360’s GRC platform to our partners, sales teams, senior leaders and customers. We are looking for a full-stack product manager who loves commercial partnerships as much as innovating the product. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills and passion to help make an impact during a time of exciting growth at SAI360.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer and market understanding: Develop and continually refine understanding of buyers’ challenges and needs, alternatives and competitors, buying stages and product use. Perform analysis to support programs to increase market share.
  • Positioning and messaging: Use understanding of customers, competitors, and markets to develop effective, concise product positioning and messaging.
  • Product differentiation: Learn the product strategy, perform industry trend analysis, competitive analysis and win/loss tracking to identify key differentiation messages for our solution offering and capabilities.
  • Product execution: Work across the product team to develop innovation in the product with prioritized requirements and delivery validation.
  • Sales enablement: Increase win rates via effective tools across all channels, product and vendor comparisons, playbook content, product catalogs, success stories, and solution sheets.
  • Sales training: Increase win rates by providing training and scripting to connect buyer needs to relevant modules and capabilities. Work together with sales and marketing teams to identify training-related roadblocks in existing funnel and eliminate them.
  • Product launches: Working in partnership with product marketing to plan and promote launches to ensure success.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  •  Must reside in Eastern or Central standard time zones.
  • Minimum of three years B2B product management/marketing experience, preferably in the GRC Software space.
  • Ability to deliver creative, concise messages and stories that improve buyer interactions - visually, verbally, or in writing across all targeted channels.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, DORA, OCC, etc.) and third-party risk management practices.
  • Experience cross-collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product Management teams to connect buyer needs and the appropriate solutions.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-starter and initiative taking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
