About this role
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced individual to join Brighton as our Senior Product Manager, Ecommerce. You will lead both strategic vision and stakeholder alignment for our direct to consumer ecommerce business. The ideal candidate is a strong player-coach with a background in ecommerce, product management, analytics, and a deep understanding of the Shopify Plus platform and its surrounding ecosystem.
Primary responsibilities:
Lead the Brighton.com roadmap, focusing on what customers need and what the data is telling us.
-
Drive with data:
Define and monitor evergreen KPIs
Define hypotheses to track performance of new and existing functionality/experiences
Run experiments (A/B and multivariate) to find the answers to leadership's (and your own) questions
Become an authority on "what works" and the data that supports these conclusions
Build strong relationships and become an effective partner to all business functions: Project Management, Engineering, Design, Merchandising, and Marketing.
Master our Ecommerce tech stack while driving improvements that boost conversion.
Lead initiatives with both in-house staff and agency partners.
Guide smart digital product decisions using market research, comprehensive technology knowledge, user feedback, insights from Consumer Care, and your own experience.
-
Become a beacon of data-driven transparency, sharing updates with stakeholdersย to drive alignment on progress, priorities, and goals.
Here's what you'll bring:
6+ years of DTC ecommerce product management experience in a high revenue growth environment
Deep expertise in Shopify Plus and its ecosystem, paired with a naturally analytical problem-solving approach
Strong experience with scrum / agile workflows
Strong experience managing both vendors and internal stakeholders, with a track record of building trust and following through on commitments
Strong experience with project management tools and cross-functional execution
Proven record of launching and scaling digital products from idea through to results, not just handing off at launch
A true end-to-end owner mentality, someone who takes full accountability for a project and the details that support it without needing to be chased
Excellent written and spoken communication, including the instinct to proactively flag risks, blockers, and status before being asked
Demonstrated self-starter energy: someone who shows up engaged, brings ideas forward, and takes initiative rather than waiting for direction
The ability to thrive in ambiguity, get buy-in for decisions, and adapt in support of growth-driven, evolving business needs
We'd love if you also have:
Experience as a founding Product Manager
We offer
Competitive salary and incentives
Inclusive benefits package including 401(k), medical, dental, and vision
Generous paid time off
Professional development and growth opportunities
Collaborative and innovative work environment
