  • Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

  • Coordinate discovery efforts using customer feedback, analytics, and business priorities.

  • Lead business-side release planning, UAT, and stakeholder communication.

  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including conversion, checkout performance, search effectiveness, and overall site health.

Merchandising & Content Operations

  • Manage onsite merchandising, navigation, landing pages, and promotional content.

  • Maintain CMS content and merchandising priorities across the website.

  • Partner with Marketing on SEO, site optimization, and customer experience initiatives.

Digital Support & Operations

  • Own day-to-day e-commerce support processes and oversee first-line issue triage through the Support Engineer.

  • Coordinate incident response with Engineering and business stakeholders.

  • Prioritize customer and operational issues and improve internal workflows supporting Customer Service and Operations.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, operational playbooks, and support processes.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Maintain dashboards and operational KPIs.

  • Define analytics requirements and validate tracking implementation.

  • Coordinate customer feedback programs, including surveys, heatmaps, and session-replay tools.

  • Drive A/B testing initiatives and translate insights into prioritized product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).

  • 7+ years of experience in e-commerce product management, digital product management, product ownership, or e-commerce operations.

  • Experience managing transactional e-commerce websites and improving core customer journeys, including search and browse, product detail pages, cart and checkout, and post-purchase experiences.

  • Proven ability to partner closely with software engineering teams in Agile environments, including backlog management, user story creation, acceptance criteria, release planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and Engineering teams.

  • Experience with modern e-commerce platforms such as Shopware, Magento/Adobe Commerce, or similar solutions.

  • Strong understanding of release planning, change management, incident management, and production support processes.

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), dashboard creation, and KPI reporting.

  • Experience with CMS administration, website merchandising, analytics, and A/B testing methodologies.

  • Strong prioritization, decision-making, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a high degree of operational ownership and accountability.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and coordinate incident response efforts.

  • Experience in B2B commerce, high-SKU or catalog-heavy businesses, and industries such as industrial, automotive, equipment, manufacturing, distribution, or parts is strongly preferred.
