About the Role
The Product Manager is responsible for driving the execution and delivery of technology solutions that power European Wax Center’s marketing, CRM, and operational platforms. This role focuses on ensuring successful delivery of product initiatives across our marketing technology ecosystem, guest engagement platforms, and key operational systems.
Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and external technology partners, this role ensures initiatives move efficiently from concept through delivery while maintaining alignment with business priorities and the overall product roadmap.
The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts with a delivery-oriented mindset and thrives in environments that require coordination across multiple teams, systems, and vendors.
A Day in the Life
• Drive the delivery and execution of product initiatives across CRM, marketing technology, guest engagement, and operational platforms
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and vendor partners to ensure successful product delivery
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product initiatives from requirements through implementation and release
• Maintain and help evolve the product roadmap across marketing technology and operational systems
• Support the delivery and integration of systems including CRM platforms, marketing automation, guest experience tools, and operational technologies
• Translate business needs from Marketing and Operations into actionable product requirements and delivery plans
• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks or blockers, and proactively drive resolution across teams
• Coordinate releases and deployments with engineering and technology partners to ensure stable and successful launches
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure integrations across APIs, data platforms, and marketing technology systems function reliably
• Track key initiatives and ensure visibility into delivery timelines, dependencies, and outcomes
• Support product backlog management and prioritization in partnership with engineering and business stakeholders
• Work closely with Marketing teams to support campaigns, personalization capabilities, customer data, and marketing technology integrations
• Collaborate with Operations and Retail Technology teams on systems that support the franchise network, including POS and operational platforms
• Monitor platform performance, escalate issues when needed, and coordinate cross-team resolution

• Ability to translate business problems into actionable product and technical requirements
• Comfortable operating between business stakeholders, engineers, and vendor partners
• Experience working with marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, or customer data tools
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows across modern technology platforms
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clarity on priorities and outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, and Technology
• Hands-on mindset with a willingness to dive into details to unblock teams and drive progress
• Experience working in environments with multiple systems and external vendor partners
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to ensure initiatives move smoothly from concept to launch
• Experience working in franchise, multi-location retail, or consumer-facing brands is a plus
Education and Experience
• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery, or Technology Product roles
• Experience working with CRM, marketing technology platforms, customer data systems, or digital product ecosystems
• Experience coordinating delivery across engineering teams, vendors, and cross-functional business partners
• Familiarity with modern product development practices and agile delivery environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
