Hyper Solutions is seeking a Product Manager - Digital Services (Data Center Infrastructure) to define and scale software and analytics-enabled services for data center power distribution equipment, including switchboards, PDUs, RPPs, STS, and modular power pods with integrated UPS and cooling systems.
This role will lead the development of condition-based monitoring, predictive diagnostics, and AI-driven system intelligence, leveraging embedded sensors, firmware, and cloud-based analytics to proactively identify equipment and system-level performance risks.
Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Software, Data Science, Services, and Sales, this individual will translate customer and market needs into scalable digital offerings that improve reliability, uptime, and lifecycle performance for hyperscale and enterprise data center customers.

Location

Compensation
The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $160,000 - $175,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include, but are not limited to, relevant experience, skills, certifications, and location. This hire will be eligible for a discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
