VP of Product Strategy & Growth

About Bedrock Talent

At Bedrock Talent, we’re intentional about the companies we represent. We partner with founders we respect, companies solving meaningful problems, and teams we believe have the potential to build category-defining businesses.

This is one of those companies.

About the Company

Our client is an early-stage healthcare technology company building a more proactive model of care for older adults by empowering the caregivers who know them best.

The company’s AI-enabled platform captures insights from everyday interactions between caregivers and patients, identifies emerging health and social needs, and helps clinical teams intervene earlier.

By transforming the hundreds of hours caregivers spend in patients’ homes into actionable clinical insights, the company aims to improve outcomes and help more older adults remain safely and independently at home.

About the Role

We’re seeking a VP of Product Strategy & Growth to work closely with the CEO and leadership team to build the company’s commercial and product strategy from the ground up.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role for a versatile leader who can move fluidly between developing partnerships, deeply understanding customer needs, and translating those insights into a thoughtful product and growth strategy.

The ideal candidate is a user-centered builder who combines strong commercial instincts with a genuine interest in customer experience. They should be energized by ambiguity and excited to help shape both the product and go-to-market strategy of an early-stage company.

The role reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with the product, clinical, operations, technology, and strategy teams.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners across Medicare Advantage, D-SNP, LTSS, home care, and related markets—from initial outreach through contracting and launch.

  • Develop trusted relationships with key partners and lead customer discovery to understand their priorities.

  • Create tailored partnership structures, pricing strategies, and commercial models.

  • Establish the processes, tools, metrics, and operating cadence required to build a repeatable commercial engine.

Product Strategy

  • Translate commercial strategy and insights from caregivers, home care agencies, health plans, and other partners into a prioritized product roadmap.

  • Help define product features and requirements based on customer needs and internal workflows.

  • Collaborate closely with the technology team to ensure the product evolves alongside customer and market needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of relevant healthcare experience across business development, growth, strategic partnerships, product, or strategy.

  • At least 2 years of management consulting experience.

  • Experience selling to or building partnerships with health plans, risk-bearing providers, or other healthcare organizations.

  • Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, HCBS, and value-based care.

  • The ability to navigate ambiguity, build from the ground up, and operate effectively in an early-stage environment.

  • A thoughtful, empathetic, and highly collaborative leadership style.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10–20% of the time.

  • Experience with early-stage healthcare technology, AI-enabled healthcare, home care, or product strategy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance bonus based on experience and geography

  • Paid time off, sick leave, and company holidays
