As a VP of Growth Experiences, you lead innovation through the development of digital products and features that empowers both prospects & 70+ million digitally-active customers to discover and select the right financial products that meet their needs.  As a key lead supporting the growth OKR within the Channels Experiences team, you challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that inspire teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs & produce incremental accounts. This role entails managing a team of product managers/analysts and working with technology, design, research, data and analytics partners to deliver best-in-class discovery and shopping experiences that span multiple primary channels and assets supporting new account growth goals for all 6 lines of business across Commercial Consumer Community Banking (Card, Consumer Bank, Auto, Home, Wealth and Business Banking). 


 

As a Product Manager in Channels Experiences (Growth Experiences), you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a VP of Growth Experiences, you lead innovation through the development of digital products and features that empower both prospects and 70+ million digitally-active customers to discover and select the right financial products that meet their needs. As a key lead supporting the growth OKR within the Channels Experiences team, you challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that inspires teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs and drive incremental accounts. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value across Chase.com and the Chase Mobile App. You collaborate with technology, design, research, and data/analytics partners to deliver best-in-class discovery and shopping experiences supporting new account growth goals for all six lines of business across Commercial Consumer Community Banking (Card, Consumer Bank, Auto, Home, Wealth, and Business Banking).

 


This role entails managing a team of product managers and analysts while serving as the end-to-end product owner with strong commercial acumen to drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate has strong technical familiarity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of urgency, and executive presence with a track record of influencing senior business leaders. You bring a deep understanding of the digital financial services landscape, a pulse on customer needs, and awareness of key digital/customer trends (e.g., personalization and agentic experiences), paired with comfort in analytics and performance management.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product’s key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Owns an acquisition product roadmap, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets across digital channels (Chase.com, Chase Mobile App)
  • Drives and manages stakeholder partnerships end-to-end from ideation and value story through refinement, design, delivery, and post-mortem learnings
  • Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting methodologies, managing risks, and achieving targets (cost, features, reusability, reliability)
  • Coaches and mentors the team on best practices (solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping, adoption strategies, delivery) to achieve objectives
  • Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
  • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
  • Provides direction, energy, and momentum to a team of product managers and analysts
     

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, or delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Advanced understanding of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead and influence adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience influencing and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of purpose and urgency in delivering successful products
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business outcomes through product decisions
  • Comfort with analytics and performance management to evaluate outcomes and guide prioritization
  • Executive presence with a track record of influencing business leaders

  • Proven knowledge of the financial services space and digital financial services landscape
