Where you come in:  

Lead the sustained success and evolution of the Dexcom G7 mobile app. You’ll drive product roadmap development, prioritize continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure the app remains clinically trusted, technically robust, and user-friendly across global markets. As a key connector across product, design, engineering, and clinical teams, you’ll help ensure the G7 app remains a trusted, high-performing part of Dexcom’s CGM ecosystem.  

  • Serve as the product lead for Dexcom’s G7 and G-series mobile applications—our flagship digital experiences. 

  • Own the mobile product roadmap, balancing sustaining work, UX enhancements, and new feature development. 

  • Work with the Customer Product Experience Team’s Group Product Manager to support a meaningful end-to-end experience and deliver against our broader product strategy and outcomes 

  • Drive app reliability, interoperability, and performance optimization based on customer feedback and clinical insights. 

  • Create product requirements (PRDs) and guide sprint planning in collaboration with engineering and UX design. 

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to define and deliver new, innovative product capabilities. 

  • Ensure mobile functionality aligns with CGM sensor performance, meeting system-level reliability and safety standards. 

  • Partner with regulatory, clinical, and quality teams to maintain compliance with FDA, CE, and ISO 13485 standards. 

  • Plan for future integrations with insulin delivery systems, partner applications, and Dexcom’s broader digital ecosystem. 

  • Use data and analytics to inform prioritization, reduce user friction, improve engagement, and expand global reach. 

  • Collaborate across global teams (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) to support localization and alignment with regional needs. 

 

What makes you successful:  

  • 5–10 years of product management experience, ideally in mobile apps or connected health technology. 

  • Deep familiarity with diabetes care technology, CGMs, or medical device ecosystems. 

  • Proven success leading product roadmaps and sustaining programs for digital consumer products. 

  • Experience gathering and applying voice-of-customer insights to guide product decisions. 

  • Cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, clinical, and regulatory teams. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering, computer science, business, health technology, or related field. 

  • Familiarity with agile tools like Jira, Figma, and data analytics platforms. 

  • Bonus: Experience with insulin pump systems, AID technology, or digital therapeutic integration.

Travel Required: 

  • 5-15% 

 

Experience and Education Requirements: 

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience. 

  • At this level, a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.  

 

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
