Accountabilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for campaign orchestration and workflow tools, including AI-driven capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories and delivery-ready requirements.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to align platform capabilities with campaign processes.
- Drive product adoption through intuitive design and continuous improvement strategies.
- Identify and scale AI and automation use cases to streamline workflows.
- Measure campaign and workflow performance to inform product enhancements.
- Manage vendor relationships ensuring compliance with security and quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience in marketing or workflow solutions.
