Senior Product Manager:
A high-impact opportunity awaits a product leader who thrives on innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and turning strategy into real-world impact. We're seeking a Senior Product Manager who will shape the direction of critical software products by leading them through their entire lifecycle—from ideation and planning to release and continuous optimization.
This role is ideal for someone who brings deep experience in SaaS or tech product environments, has a strong customer orientation, and balances long-term vision with day-to-day execution. You'll work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and leadership teams to ensure each product launch delivers tangible value to users and the business.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Lead cross-functional product development from early concept through market release and beyond, with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define clear product strategies, customer-driven roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Turn business goals into clear, actionable product requirements and detailed user stories for design and development teams.
- Continuously improve the product by incorporating feedback from users, stakeholders, and analytics to inform iterations and enhancements.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and design partners to prioritize features, manage scope, and deliver reliable software that meets both technical and customer needs.
- Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing industry trends, conducting competitive research, and identifying areas for innovation.
- Define and track success metrics such as adoption, engagement, and impact on business KPIs; translate insights into action.
- Regularly present product updates, plans, and performance metrics to leadership and company-wide teams.
- Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring every feature is grounded in usability and value.
- Facilitate Agile product development practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably within a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environment.
- Demonstrated success in bringing software products to market, evolving them post-launch, and leading cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development principles, with experience running sprints and managing a product backlog.
- Highly analytical mindset—proficient at using data to evaluate outcomes, guide prioritization, and validate decisions.
- Background in software engineering or technical literacy that enables productive collaboration with engineering teams on architectural choices and trade-offs.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills—able to present to executives, align stakeholders, and work across functions.
- Skilled in using product and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Figma, or similar.
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud-native platforms, microservices architecture, and exposure to AI/ML technologies is a plus.
- Customer-centric approach with proven ability to translate user insights into solutions that drive satisfaction and retention.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; excels in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
