Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in UI/UX-driven product development to lead the evolution of our user-facing experiences. This role will focus on translating customer and business needs into intuitive, scalable product solutions, partnering closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate combines product strategy, customer empathy, and execution excellence to drive adoption, engagement, and business outcomes. Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment and building products that support customer acquisition, sales pipeline workflows, and revenue growth is highly valued.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for user-facing experiences, ensuring alignment with company objectives, customer needs, and overall product strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of product initiatives, from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging customer experiences.
  • Translate business goals, customer feedback, and research insights into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements that improve usability and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead product discovery efforts, including user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and analysis of customer feedback.
  • Monitor product performance using engagement, adoption, and customer satisfaction metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Advocate for the customer experience across the organization, ensuring user needs remain central to product decisions.
  • Support product launches, change management, and stakeholder communications to drive successful adoption of new features and enhancements.
  • Stay current on UX best practices, design trends, and industry developments to continuously elevate the product experience.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, lead conversion, onboarding experiences, and overall sales pipeline effectiveness.


Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with significant experience leading customer-facing product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with UX/UI design teams to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, user research, design thinking, and customer-centric product development methodologies.
  • Experience defining requirements, managing product backlogs, and working within Agile development environments.
  • Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and prioritize opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align teams around a shared vision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business and customer outcomes.
  • Experience within Insurtech, HealthTech, employee benefits, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital customer journeys, workflow optimization, and usability best practices. Technical acumen sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand system capabilities and constraints.
  • Experience working in a startup, growth-stage, or rapidly scaling technology company preferred.
  • Experience building or managing products that support sales pipeline workflows, customer acquisition, lead conversion, onboarding, or revenue growth initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in modern product and engineering environments that leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $140,000 to $160,000 per year

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
