Position: Senior Product Manager
Location: 1375 Crossman Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089
Duties: Defines and manages product strategy and business objectives for moderately complex products by identifying opportunities, conducting competitive assessments; developing business cases; and setting objectives and key performance indicators for products. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Develops and enhances moderately complex products by developing and managing product roadmaps; gathering and documenting requirements; collecting and analyzing customer and product data; turning customer insights into actionable priorities and initiatives; prioritizing product backlog; executing on user and business acceptance criteria; and managing roll out of product features. Develops solutions to business challenges by communicating requirements to key partners; and engaging with key partners to deliver and support initiatives; and communicating status and insights related to product performance to stakeholders. This position does not supervise employees.
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related area and 3 years of post-bachelor’s progressively responsible experience in product management; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related area and 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressively responsible experience in product management.
Skills required: Experience leading product development for business initiatives in the Payments and Financial Services domain. Experience owning system specifications and designing central Data Platforms built on Service Oriented and Rest API Architecture. Experience applying compliance knowledge related to data privacy to data platform designs to meet compliance requirements. Experience conducting user research and creating user journey wireframes and mockups to ideate product requirements and system engineering solutions using Figma or Miro. Experience owning user acceptance testing for Payments and Financial service system components. Experience owning product requirements for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Risk models leveraging payments and risk domain knowledge. Experience documenting product requirements and workflow diagrams for system supporting Compliance, Risk and Fraud decision making. Experience leading end-to-end product and engineering execution across software development lifecycle components using JIRA and Agile frameworks. Experience with data analysis and building business intelligence reports using tools (SQL, Jupyter Notebooks, Mixpanel, Tableau, or Power BI). Experience creating product roadmaps, multi-year visions, and forward plans using Confluence, Aha!, or Power Point. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $179,421/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
