Reporting to the Senior Vice President Product, Pricing and Contract Management, the Residential/Small Commercial Product Manager will lead the development, evolution, and performance of our product offerings. This role is responsible for defining product constructs, translating market insights into actionable strategies, and driving cross-functional alignment to ensure successful go-to-market execution. Safety Focused: We care about you and have committed to a zero-harm workplace.   What you’ll do: Develop and Maintain Product Constructs Define and own the structure of offerings (e.g., pricing models, product terms) within the Resi. & Small Commercial space. Ensure products are strategically aligned, clearly articulated, and commercially viable. Create offerings that support customer acquisition and retention. Translate Customer & Market Insights into Product Strategy Collaborate with Marketing, Inside Sales, Retention, and Customer Experience teams to gather customer feedback and performance data. Leverage insights to inform product evolution, positioning, and differentiation.  Support Go-to-Market Execution Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to craft compelling messaging, value propositions, and training materials. Lead the full lifecycle of product launches—from pilot charters to operational stabilization. Cross-Functional Alignment Work closely with Sales, Pricing, Legal, Contract Admin, and Strategy & Operations to ensure readiness and compliance. Facilitate seamless integration of product changes across business units. Monitor Product Performance Define and track KPIs such as adoption, renewal, and churn rates. Identify and address issues related to product-market fit or portfolio complexity. Lead Product Initiatives Oversee product optimization projects and rollout plans. Manage a Product Specialist to ensure timely execution and performance tracking. Perform other related duties as assigned. What you bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field Pragmatic Institute Certification or equivalent would be considered a plus 5+ years’ experience in product management, product marketing or a related field People leadership experience is preferred Strong understanding of product lifecycle management Familiarity with customer segmentation, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies Technical Knowledge & Specialized Expertise Ability to interpret customer insights and usage data to inform product decisions Competence in project management and leading pilots and rollouts Ensuring product configurations align with billing, legal and operation while balancing competing priorities of stakeholders Developing new product constructs for emerging customer needs Responding to market shifts or competitive threats Requires strategic foresight, data-driven decision-making, and influential leadership across teams. The ability to navigate ambiguity and drive innovation is critical to success. Legal Authorization to work in the US is required.
