As a Product Manager focused on Workforce Management, you will lead the development and expansion of a market-leading platform that optimizes scheduling, forecasting, and operational efficiency for large-scale support teams. You will collaborate closely with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to identify high-impact problems and deliver innovative solutions that leverage AI and automation. This role requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving product adoption, and delivering measurable value to clients. You will work within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment alongside a team of skilled PMs, engineers, and designers, contributing to both product innovation and organizational culture. Success in this role demands empathy for users, data-driven decision making, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity while shaping the future of workforce management.

Accountabilities:

·         Partner with customers and prospects to deeply understand operational challenges, conduct interviews, gather feedback, and analyze usage data.

·         Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements, prioritize features, remove blockers, and deliver impactful solutions.

·         Evangelize the product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and adoption across teams.

·         Design and execute experiments to test new features and strategies, measure impact, and incorporate learnings for continuous improvement.

·         Monitor product performance and key metrics, report insights to leadership, and develop strategies to drive adoption and customer value.

·         Uphold high standards for product usability, design, and relevance to complex user workflows.

·         Foster a fast-paced, empathetic, and growth-oriented culture, adapting to rapidly changing customer needs and organizational scale.

Requirements

·         Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in fast-growing tech environments, preferably in Enterprise SaaS.

·         Demonstrated experience leading and shipping complex, high-impact products with a track record of handling trade-offs and overcoming obstacles.

·         Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust, influence cross-functional teams, and empower colleagues.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable in a rigorous writing and feedback-driven culture.

·         Customer-focused mindset with a passion for translating business problems into practical product solutions.

·         Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to derive insights and inform decisions.

·         Technical fluency to engage with complex design and implementation challenges, including AI-powered automation and workforce management systems.

Benefits

·         Competitive base salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and skills.

·         Stock options included as part of the compensation package.

·         Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.

·         Flexible work arrangements and supportive company culture.

·         Opportunities for professional growth and collaboration within a high-performing, innovative team.
