Mobile Product Manager
Description

As a Product Manager, Web Services you would be responsible for: leading the performance optimization and guest experience strategy for digital platforms that support Hilton Grand Vacations’ Managed by Resort portfolio. This includes working with vendors like Amadeus who provide services that enable websites to capture rental reservations.

This role is pivotal in driving web direct bookings by managing platform enhancements, executing merchandising strategies, and applying data-driven insights. Success requires a guest-first mindset, a strong blend of hotel marketing acumen and technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

The Product Manager is also responsible for prioritizing feature development, ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards, and delivering quarterly reporting on website performance, campaign outcomes, and key project initiatives.
 

 



Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, Web Services you would be responsible for: 
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts across websites such as TopHotelReservations.com by partnering with vendors like Amadeus and SiteMinder who provide services that support the capture of rental reservations and enhance the end-to-end booking experience.
  • Advocate for platform enhancements and new features based on guest feedback, business goals, and usability insights.
  • Define and execute website merchandising strategies that align with promotional calendars and guest segmentation to drive conversions.
  • Prioritize platform initiatives by balancing guest experience, business objectives, technical feasibility, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, workflows, SOPs, and reporting templates to support operational continuity.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate website enhancements against project specifications.
  • Analyze guest-centric data to optimize website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Alteryx.
  • Deliver quarterly performance reports highlighting website metrics, platform updates, and key initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison with Amadeus to manage platform health, feature enhancements, and issue escalations.
  • Complete all required company training and compliance certifications.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring adherence to brand standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: 

  • Demonstrated interest in emerging digital marketing strategies and technologies that enhance guest experience
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines and resource constraints.
  • Skilled in communicating project and program rationale clearly across all levels of the organization
    Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation capabilities in cross-functional and partner engagements
     
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: 
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  •  Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital product management, or hospitality technology.
  • Background in hotel or resort operations.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and hotel booking engines
  • Experience with Amadeus products (Galaxy CMS, iHotelier, GDS, GMS)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Planner or Project, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of digital merchandising and UX best practices for hotel websites
  • Proficiency with SQL, Alteryx, or analytics software (Google or Adobe)
  • Enthusiasm for travel and hospitality innovation
