As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging, AI-driven member experiences within a digital health platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, clinical, and care delivery to understand user needs, identify opportunities for innovation, and implement solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Your work will influence the experience of members across their health journeys, ensuring tools and programs are personalized, intuitive, and effective. This role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy, oversee execution from concept to delivery, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of a virtual-first healthcare platform. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and centered on leveraging technology to improve health outcomes at scale.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the development and enhancement of member and care team experiences, ensuring products are intuitive, engaging, and personalized.
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and measurable milestones aligned with business and clinical goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, UX research, and clinical teams to prioritize and manage product backlogs.
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and run experiments to continuously refine and validate product decisions.
  • Develop clear product specifications, user flows, and wireframes to guide implementation.
  • Monitor key metrics and ensure the product meets adoption, engagement, and health outcome targets.
  • Mentor and align stakeholders, fostering collaboration and clarity across cross-functional teams.


Requirements
  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • 7+ years in market/product strategy, software development, consulting, or business operations.
  • Proven experience driving user adoption and engagement in high-traffic consumer products.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML integration in product personalization and user engagement.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with technical fluency.
  • Skilled communicator with experience presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with user-centered design practices, A/B testing, and experimentation methodologies.
  • Prior healthcare experience, understanding of behavior change principles, or familiarity with content management systems is a plus.
