What You’ll Do:
As a Product Manager, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands. You will manage the full product life cycle, from ideation to launch, while collaborating cross functionally to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic product plans aligned with company vision.
- Lead product life cycle strategies and ensure offerings remain competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product value and client experience.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Monitor product performance, ensure compliance, and manage resources effectively.
- Act as a subject matter expert and foster strong relationships across teams and vendors.
Position Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, product management, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in promotional products or apparel.
Your Skills:
- Strong project and time management abilities.
- Analytical thinking and creative problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, PACE, and ASI/ESP Web.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
