The MarTech Product Manager – AEP serves as the strategic and technical owner of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) within the MarTech ecosystem. This role will lead the end-to-end management of AEP, including schema planning, audience segmentation, data readiness, personalization enablement, and international sandbox rollout. With a focus on scalability, governance, and business alignment, this role ensures AEP is configured to support high-impact customer engagement use cases across the organization, international markets, as well as across partners.



Responsibilities
Key Role and Responsibilities:
  • Own the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) roadmap, backlog, and delivery cycles across the organization, international markets, and partners. 
  • Lead schema planning and evolution in collaboration with Data & Analytics and downstream marketing activation teams. 
  • Define and manage scalable segment strategies to support personalization, measurement, and campaign activation. 
  • Ensure effective enablement and rollout of international AEP sandboxes and localization support for schema and segmentation. 
  • Partner with Marketing Ops, Customer Journey teams, and partners to translate business requirements into platform use cases. 
  • Collaborate with AJO and CJA product managers to ensure audience readiness and platform alignment across the stack. 
  • Work with Data Engineering to ensure proper data ingestion, data quality, and identity stitching within AEP. 
  • Define governance models for segment naming, consent tracking, and sandbox management. 
  • Facilitate user feedback loops, and documentation for both business and technical stakeholders. 
  • Monitor platform performance, usage metrics, and help drive adoption across business units and international markets.


Qualifications
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, MarTech, or data platforms. 
  • 3+ years working directly with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or equivalent CDP.
  • Experience managing platform roadmaps, requirements intake, and backlog grooming.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and activation workflows. 
  • Proven experience launching global or multi-regional marketing technology platforms. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with AEP schema design and segment building. 
  • Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). 
  • Understanding of data privacy and consent management frameworks. 
  • Experience working in a federated or matrixed enterprise environment.
  • Adobe certifications in AEP, AJO, or related technologies are a plus.
