Position Summary
As a Product Manager at Seattle Bank, you will play a hands-on role in shaping and delivering the products that power our partner-banking, consumer, and commercial experiences. You will manage products built across multiple third-party developers, technology vendors, and internal teams - balancing day-to-day operational support with long-term strategic planning.
You will guide products from concept through launch and ongoing iteration, using data and user insights to inform product decisions and solution design. This role requires strong product delivery fundamentals, the ability to maintain clear documentation, and the judgment to recommend when to use highly manual solutions versus scalable, API-first approaches.
You will also help build and mature our product and project management practices, defining how Seattle Bank delivers modern digital and embedded-banking solutions.
