We’re looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about turning ideas into products that truly serve these spaces. In this role, you’ll guide the development of furniture, tools, and solutions that help libraries and schools evolve into flexible, inspiring environments for modern learners.

Location: Hybrid – based in the Dane County, Wisconsin area (Madison/DeForest), with at least one day per week onsite.
What You’ll Do
Drive Product Innovation
- Identify opportunities to create new proprietary products that support modern learning spaces.
- Translate customer needs from librarians and educators into clear product concepts and requirements.
- Build and maintain a product development roadmap aligned with category strategy.
Lead Products from Idea to Launch
- Develop product briefs, requirements, and business cases.
- Guide products through design, development, sourcing, and launch.
- Partner with engineering, design, sourcing, and operations teams to bring ideas to life.
Manage and Improve Product Lines
- Own day-to-day management of assigned product lines.
- Analyze sales, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions on enhancements, extensions, and product lifecycle planning.
Collaborate Across the Business
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product decisions and product knowledge.
- Support marketing and sales teams with training, launch materials, and product expertise.
- Review prototypes, samples, and production runs to ensure quality and usability.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in product management, category management, or new product development.
- Demonstrated experience leading products from concept through launch.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Comfort making thoughtful decisions in fast-moving or ambiguous situations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
