As our Platform Product Manager, you’ll own specific product modules within the Mandolin platform. You’ll be responsible for deeply understanding user needs, setting the roadmap, and driving execution alongside Engineering. This is a highly cross-functional role that will shape the experiences our customers rely on every day, ensuring we deliver reliable, intuitive, and impactful software in one of the most critical sectors of healthcare.
Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more core product modules.
Partner with customers, clinicians, and internal stakeholders to uncover pain points and translate them into actionable requirements.
Drive the full product lifecycle—from discovery and design to launch and iteration—balancing speed with long-term scalability.
Define success metrics for your product areas and use data and customer feedback to prioritize improvements.
Collaborate with Agent PMs, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure modules deliver real-world impact.
Advocate for customer needs while aligning your roadmap with Mandolin’s broader company strategy.
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Technical fluency; comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and system tradeoffs with engineers
Comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end, from strategy through delivery.
Strong product discovery skills—able to conduct user research, validate hypotheses, and turn insights into action.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders at all levels.
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, and early-stage environments.
Experience building or deploying AI/LLM-powered products in production
Domain knowledge in healthcare, life sciences, biotech, or enterprise operations
Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph) or workflow orchestration tools
Strong product instincts with a bias toward experimentation and iteration
