As a Product Manager within the Enterprise Toolchain – Continuous Delivery team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and lead the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Leverages expertise in public cloud technologies, like AWS, to provide seamless integration and leverage managed services to enhance the developer experience
  • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
  • Focuses on creating an exceptional developer experience by understanding the needs and pain points of developers. Continuously improve the platform's usability, documentation, and support resources
  • Fosters a developer community and engage with developers to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive adoption
  • Uses data and analytics to gain insights into user behavior, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the platform's performance and user satisfaction
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including User Experience (UX), Architecture & Engineering, to gather requirements, understand customer needs, and ensure successful execution of the platform

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Stakeholder management, strong cross-functional communication and collaboration, engaging stakeholders effectively at all organizational levels
  • Translate complex technology into user-focused features with data-driven prioritization
  • AWS cloud expertise with CI/CD and Agile to accelerate build, test, and release
  • Deep CI/CD expertise, designs and runs Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment pipelines to automate build, test, and release workflows
  • Proven ability to build and deliver software end-to-end, owning the path from development through production deployment
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling, specifically Jenkins and Spinnaker and familiarity with the latest tools in the market 
  • Experience with hands-on software development with product skills (road mapping, requirements, release planning)
  • Own engineering and product to prioritize, plan, and ship features reliably with strong execution and delivery discipline

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with DevOps tools and technologies, such as Jenkins, GitLab, Spinnaker, Harness, or AWS CodeDeploy
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
  • Background in software development, preferably with DevOps practices and methodologies
